At Txtx, we’re creating a company driven by a mission that keeps us inspired every day. Txtx aims to transform smart contract infrastructure by making it more secure, reproducible, and scalable. Just as the Web3 landscape requires resilience and rapid adaptation, Txtx’s DNA is rooted in a commitment to developers, blockchain foundations, and the wider Web3 community. Here’s how Txtx is shaping its journey, building a customer-oriented future aligned with the needs of an evolving industry.

Go Out There

For Txtx, “getting out there” goes beyond simply releasing products—it’s about showing up, taking responsibility, and creating genuine impact in the Web3 market. This means becoming accountable in real-world interactions: connecting directly with developers, meeting with blockchain foundations, exploring potential partnerships, and publicly pitching Txtx. Whether it’s responding to inbound investor interest, testing new ideas, traveling to conferences, or collaborating with other teams, Txtx is committed to engaging openly with our community.

This approach is rooted in a willingness to take risks and invite feedback. Every interaction is an opportunity to deepen Txtx’s impact and to hold ourselves accountable to the people who rely on our platform. We don’t shy away from these “forcing functions,” which push us to grow through hard deadlines, collaborative goals, and opportunities that drive us to the next level.

It's Just a Point

In a fast-paced environment, Txtx is committed to continuously testing, iterating, and evolving. Since our journey began, we’ve embraced a relentless approach to experimentation—launching and learning with every new idea, narrative, and technical challenge. We aim to treat every initiative, whether successful or not, as a building block that brings us closer to our vision. We have pitched Txtx to developers across the industry, securing new partnerships and invaluable feedback. While some conversations lead to successful collaborations, others fall flat. And that’s all part of the journey.

Back in June 2024, Roger Federer gave a talk at Dartmouth, that profoundly resonates with what we're doing.

The best in the world are not the best because they win every point but because they know they will lose and again and have learned how to deal with it [...] You move on, be relentless, adapt and grow, work harder, work smarter.

Our Txtx journey isn’t always easy, but is is founded on resilience, adaptability, and a focus on learning from every challenge.

We Go All-Out Together

Our “all-out” mindset is inspired by the core values we learned at our previous workplace, Hiro, where we embraced challenges head-on. At Txtx, we’ve carried this commitment forward, never shying away from hard problems and staying dedicated to delivering high-quality results. This requires intense focus, all-out sprints, and a drive to exceed our own standards.

Our biggest strength lies in our synergy and the mutual respect that defines our team. Together, we inspire each other to push boundaries and think creatively. While some may value only the destination, and others focus only on the journey, we believe it’s a blend of both—combined with the people by your side—that truly matters. This synergy and shared drive are at the heart of Txtx’s DNA, and they will continue to fuel our growth as we navigate new challenges and opportunities.

We Industrialize

Today’s operational approaches in Web3 are still largely manual and artisanal, leaving significant security gaps. Over the past four years alone, we’ve seen an estimated $8 billion in losses from hacks, with major breaches happening nearly every week. Web3 startups lose an average of $2 billion annually due to compromised keys, incomplete deployments, and smart contract vulnerabilities.

Web3 is still in its early stages. Take Metamask, for example—a leading wallet with over 22 million installs. We all envision these numbers growing exponentially, by 200x or more. But with the current security landscape, are we truly ready for that level of scale?

The momentum around stablecoins is building daily, with payments poised to become the next major application. In the coming months, we’ll likely see a rapid increase in stablecoin deployments as the technology moves closer to mainstream product-market fit. However, for crypto to truly scale, we must first secure the fundamentals.

The time to act is now.

Onward and forward

The Txtx journey is just beginning, and we’re excited to have you with us as we continue to build, adapt, and learn. Stay tuned for more updates, and if you share our passion for Web3, we’d love to connect!
